Salary and Index. 1. The annual salary of each teacher shall be paid in twenty-six (26) equal installments every other Friday. However, the sum total of payments made to a teacher shall not exceed the proportional part of his/her annual salary that the period of service rendered bears to the whole annual salary.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.
