Salary and Expenses. The Company will pay Executive at the salary rate that was in place immediately prior to the Separation Date in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices through the Separation Date. Salary and Expenses. (a) In consideration for the Executive's services, the Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary (the "Base Salary") equal to Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000).
