Salary and Bonus. (a) The Company shall pay the Employee a salary ("Base Salary") at an annual rate per fiscal year of the Company ("Fiscal Year") as set forth in Appendix A, which shall be payable to the Employee at such intervals as other salaried employees of the Company are paid.
