SALARIES - TEACHERS. A. The salaries of all teachers on guide covered by this Agreement are set forth in the Approved Salary Guide, hereto attached as Schedules F-I, F-2 and F-3, except when the employment increment or the adjustment increment, or both, are withheld.

SALARIES - TEACHERS. To the extent necessary, the Employer and Teacher agree that the following rates of pay satisfy the guarantee of basic periodic rate of pay in the Act over a period of 12 months. In the event that general salary increases and other related conditions in the Victorian Government sector reduce the Employer's competitive advantage in salary packages, the Employer will review its salaries in consultation with the Committee to ensure Employees are appropriately remunerated. In the course of reviewing salary packages consideration will be given to all available published documentation as follows, but not limited to:  Victorian State Government teachers’ salaries and conditions  Peer group schools’ salaries and conditions (i.e., Victorian metro, co-ed, private, student numbers, similar extra-curricular requirements etc.)  Victorian statistics on general teacher pay increases Subject to satisfactory performance, progression from point 0 to 1 and so on up to 9 takes place annually. Appraisal The College will continue to develop the Staff Appraisal (PFD – Professional Feedback and Development) system for Teachers in consultation with staff. Staff Appraisal will focus on positive feedback, achievements, professional development and skills development opportunities, and goals for following years. In the current model appraisal of a teaching staff Employee is every three years. Any performance or conduct concerns will be raised with staff during the year when they are identified

SALARIES - TEACHERS. A. The salaries of all those covered by this Agreement for 2009-2012 school years are set forth in Schedules A1-A4, which are attached hereto and made a part thereof. Schedules for Extra- Curricular, Athletic and other stipends and hourly rates are set forth in Schedules B1 & B2, C1 & C2 and D respectively, which are attached to and made a part thereof.

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • Tenured Teachers Tenured teachers will receive formal evaluation conferences at least by the end of their fifth year in Harford County and at the minimum rate of once every five (5) years thereafter. All observations of a classroom performance shall be conducted openly.

  • Itinerant Teachers a) An itinerant Teacher is a Teacher who is assigned duties by the Employer in more than one school in a day.

  • Teachers An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, which is recognised by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on his remuneration for such teaching or research.

  • New Teachers No new teachers shall be hired for a vacancy for which a teacher on unrequested leave is certified.

  • SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES 20.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages by direct deposit bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Supervisory Employees For the purposes of this Article, the parties agree that Supervisory positions are those that are not excluded under Article 2.0 above and that satisfy the following criteria:

  • Part-Time Teachers A "part-time teacher" is one who is employed under written contract but who is assigned to duties on a regular basis that requires less than a full-time equivalent. A part-time teacher shall be paid a salary in accordance with the basic salary schedule, proportionate to the percentage of the full-time equivalent taught each day as outlined in the written contract.

  • Salaries and Fees of Officers The Manager shall pay all salaries, expenses, and fees of the officers and directors of the Corporation who are affiliated with the Manager.
