Salaries of Contractor s personnel when stationed at the field office, in whatever capacity employed, and a proportionate share of the project manager and construction managers' salaries, whether at the job site or in the main office. Personnel engaged at shops or on the road in expediting the production or transportation of materials or equipment shall be considered as stationed a the field office and their salaries paid for that portions of their time spent on the work.

Salaries of Contractor s personnel when stationed at the field office, in whatever capacity employed; personnel engaged, at shops or on the road, in expediting the production or transportation of materials or equipment, but only for that portion of their time required for the Work; and personnel in the main or branch offices of Contractor who perform activities directly related to the Project, including Contractor's project management staff, scheduling management, estimators, pre-construction staff, and safety engineer at the home office when engaged in performance of the Work under this Contract, and usual vacation pay, incentive bonuses and profit sharing made by Contractor to its superintendents, foremen and managers on the Project, provided said incentive bonuses are pre-approved by the Owner and no such bonus or profit sharing shall exceed 30% of the employee's base wages with all such sums being included within the GMP.
Salaries of Contractor s Project site supervisory and office employees at a multiplier of 1.5 times payroll amounts for said employees. This multiplier is intended to reimburse the Contractor for the cost of all pension fund contributions, bonuses, vacations, medical insurance, assessments or taxes and for such items as unemployment compensation contributions and social security taxes, payroll insurance and other taxes attributable to wages and salaries for said employees;
