SALARIES, INCREMENTS, PREMIUMS. 8.00 A. Recognition of Previous Experience When a Nurse has produced proof or evidence of his/her previous satisfactory recent nursing experience, placement on the salary scale in Appendix "A" shall be in accordance with the following provisions. Recognition of previous experience will only be deemed as satisfactory and recent where the Nurse has not been away from active nursing for more than five (5) years. One year of satisfactory recent nursing experience for the purpose of initial placement of a Nurse on the salary scale shall be equivalent to 2080 regular hours paid.

  • Salary Increments The Employer may grant an increment for meritorious service after an Employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the day established in Article 25.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 25.04, 25.05, or 25.06.

  • Longevity Increments 11.6.1 Each regular classified employee shall receive a two-range increase (5%) upon completion of five (5) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the sixth year.

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.

  • Pay Increments 44.5.1 Except as provided in sub-clauses 44.5.4 and 44.5.5 of clause 44.5 an employee holding an appointment at one of the classification levels listed in Schedule 1 of this Agreement shall be granted pay increments on completion of the applicable pay increment period until he reaches the maximum rate in the scale of rates for the classification level to which he is appointed.

  • Periodic Increases Periodic increases are provided as follows:

  • Shift Premiums (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.
