Salaries and Bonuses. The Disclosure Schedule contains a true and complete list of all current officers, directors and employees of the Company and of its Subsidiaries who received during the fiscal year ended December 31, 1996 remuneration from the Company or from any of its Subsidiaries in excess of $50,000, together with the current aggregate base salary rate for each such person.

Salaries and Bonuses. The White Cloud Disclosure Schedule contains a true and complete list of all current officers, directors and employees of White Cloud and of its White Cloud Subsidiaries who received during the fiscal year ended June 30, 1996 remuneration from White Cloud or from any of its White Cloud Subsidiaries in excess of $50,000, together with the current aggregate base salary rate for each such person.
