Salaries and Benefits. 1. Employees shall be paid according to the applicable provision(s) salary schedules and benefit provisions included in this Agreement. Any certificated employee who is authorized by the Superintendent to work in excess of one hundred eighty- five (185) days) shall be compensated at his/her per diem rate of pay except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement or by the Supplemental Salary Schedule.
