Common use of Said Club Clause in Contracts

Said Club. 12.1 The Promoter has decided to provide several amenities and facilities in a social and recreational club within the Said Complex (Said Club), intended for use and enjoyment of all allottees of the Whole Project. It is clarified that the decision of the Promoter as to what amenities and facilities shall be included in the Said Club shall be final and binding on the Allottee.
