SAFETY SUPPLEMENT. Once each week there shall be a safety meeting on the job. The scheduled day for the safety meeting will be determined at the pre-job conference. These safety meetings shall be thirty (30) minutes in duration, shall begin as close to starting time as practicable, and shall be devoted to safety discussions. These meetings shall apply to all crews working under this Agreement as defined above. A record of this meeting shall be kept by the Xxxxxxx and a report of this meeting, including all matters discussed, shall be sent to the Union office and to the employer. A report of all accidents shall be sent to the Union office. In case of accident to the Xxxxxxx, an employee designated by the Xxxxxxx (other than the Xxxxxxx or employee in charge), shall submit the report. EXHIBIT C CLASSIFICATIONS Senior Test Specialist- All applicants who have three and one-half or more years experience in the trade and are Journeyman or that can be certified by a duly constituted Outside Line Construction Local Union of the IBEW. Typical Duties- Supervise other technicians and specialist, responsible for interfacing with the engineering department in obtaining relay settings and the SCADA interfaces between protection schemes and substation automation. Perform acceptance testing of microprocessor relays. Responsible for supporting clearances, energization test, and in-service test. Documents all test results. Test Specialist- All applicants who have three and one-half or more years experience in the trade and are Journeyman or that can be certified by a duly constituted Outside Line Construction Local Union of the IBEW. Typical Duties- Supervise other technicians and specialist, supports relay testing and validation of microprocessor relay protection schemes, supports the development and validation of input/output interfaces to substation automation schemes. Performs trip test and line energization test. Documents all test results Senior Test Technician- All applicants who have three and one-half or more years experience in the trade and are Journeyman or that can be certified by a duly constituted Outside Line Construction Local Union of the IBEW. Typical Duties- Supervise other technicians and specialist, coordinates test activities associated with apparatus and protection schemes, conducts calibrations of electromechanical/microprocessor relays, meters, CTs and PT devices, supports secondary injection test to validate protection schemes.   • Contract Amendment This Contract may be amended only by a writing signed by all Parties.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.   • Supplemental Services For requests for supplemental services relating to eBuyITT Invoice Processing by Service Receiver not mentioned in this Schedule or not included within the costs documented in this agreement, Service Receiver will provide a discreet project request and submit such request to Service Provider using the formalized Change Request attached as Annex A for consideration by Service Provider. Where notice is required a number of business days prior to some required action by Service Provider, notice must be received by 12 noon Eastern Time to be counted as received during such business day. Service Provider shall, within a commercially reasonable period, provide a price quote to be commercially reasonable based on the current cost of the Services to Service Receiver taking into account, such items as the specific time the request was made, service delivery volumes, exit planning activities, and other activities Service Provider is currently engaged in at the time of the request, but not later than 30 days after the request was made. If Service Provider, in its sole discretion determines (i) such request would increase the ongoing operating costs for Service Provider (as a service recipient) or any other service receiver or (ii) that it is not capable of making such changes with its current staff during the time period requested without interrupting the Services provided to itself or any other service receiver. Service Provider need not provide a price quote or perform the services. Where a price quote is provided, Service Provider shall provide the service requested upon acceptance of the price.

  • Assignment Amendments Waiver and Contract Complete 8.1 The Contractor may neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Authority and a fully executed Assignment Agreement, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this Agreement, or their successors in office.
