SAFETY STATEMENT. To ensure the safety of all employees and customers, Team Cleaning activities shall follow organizational practices as outlined in Maintenance Employee’s Guide To Safety handbook, EL-803 and other related documents. Employees must complete training on safety procedures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) associated with hazards to which they are exposed. Some cleaning procedures require handling hazardous material(s) (including Blood Borne Pathogens), environmentally sensitive material(s), climbing on ladders, and/or using personnel lifting equipment. Personnel must refer to the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) handling requirements for all hazardous or environmentally sensitive material used when performing cleaning tasks. Personnel must observe all SDS warnings, use PPE as directed, and use appropriate safety harnesses on ladders or personnel lifting equipment when required.
SAFETY STATEMENT. By signature of this Teleworking Agreement, the teleworking employee is obligated to maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace and is responsible for injuries to third parties and/or members of the employee’s family at the alternate work location. The Teleworking employee agrees to hold ECSU harmless for any injuries incurred at the employee’s alternate work location claimed by any third parties. ECSU has a right to inspect the alternate work location during work hours if a job-related incident, accident, or injury has occurred. The employee’s alternate work location is an extension of the ECSU work space; the State’s Liability for job-related accidents will continue to exist during the employee’s approved teleworking work hours and the employee’s designated telework location. In the event of a job-related incident, accident, or injury during teleworking hours, the employee shall report the incident to his/her supervisor as soon as possible and follow established ECSU procedures to report and investigate workplace incidents, accidents or injuries. SAFETY STATEMENT. During the Xxxxxxx Sponsored Bounce a range of trampolines will be in use. This carries a certain risk of injury and although the Centre, and its coaching staff, will endeavour to minimise any risk to participants, accidents may still happen. Our insurance with British Gymnastics covers participants for a “taster session” on our trampolines. However, participants must ensure they are physically fit and healthy to participate, particularly after an illness or injury and must follow instructions given by coaching staff. Failure to comply with these requirements will mean that the Management and Trustees of the Xxxxxxx Special Children’s Trust cannot be held responsible for any injury incurred.
