Safety Shoe Allowance. For each unit member required by the City to wear safety shoes, the City shall provide a voucher from the City-designated department for up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) annually toward the cost of acquiring one pair of safety shoes through the City vendor.

Safety Shoe Allowance. Annually each Employee, other than a probationary Employee, will be provided a voucher for use at local vendor(s) designated by the Company for the full purchase price from an approved list of one (1) pair of safety shoes for the Employee’s use at work. The Company shall also replace such shoes, as necessary, in accordance with applicable laws.

Safety Shoe Allowance. 30.01 It shall be a condition of employment that employees who are required to do so by the Company shall wear safety shoes. The Company shall pay to full-time employees who are required to wear safety shoes and provided they have one year of seniority, a safety shoe allowance of $85.00 effective January 1, 2003 [ $90.00 effective January 1, 2004] to reimburse them for the cost of purchasing safety shoes upon production of proof of such purchase. Employees are to be reimbursed within thirty (30) days.
