Common use of Safety Requirements Clause in Contracts

Safety Requirements. 17.1.1 The Concessionaire shall comply with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits and conform to Good Industry Practice for securing the safety of the Users. In particular, the Concessionaire shall develop, implement and administer a surveillance and safety programme for providing a safe environment on or about the Project, and shall comply with the safety requirements.

In particular, the Concessionaire shall develop, implement and administer a surveillance and safety programme for providing a safe environment on or about the ProjectProject Facility, preserving the ecology of the Project Site & the surrounding areas, the local habitat, flora and fauna and shall comply with the safety requirementsrequirements set forth in Schedule-F (the "Safety Requirements").
