Safety Representative. On every job site, workers may elect a Workers’ Safety Representative in accordance with the Act.
Safety Representative. Contractor shall designate a qualified and experienced safety representative at the Site whose duties and responsibilities shall be the prevention of accidents and the maintaining and supervising of safety precautions and programs.

Unless otherwise required by the Contract Documents, Construction Manager’s safety representative shall be an individual stationed at the Site who may have other responsibilities on the Project in addition to safety.
