MD Xxxxxxxx Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) has the authority to take intervening action in the event it deems patient, visitor, or staff of MD Xxxxxxxx are in danger. Contractor shall adhere to requirements stated in Section 01 35 25 - Owner Safety Requirements.
