Safety Management. (29) The Hirer is to comply with mandatory requirements related to COVID-19 under the Emergency Management Act 2006, Public Health Act 1997 and directives issued by the Director of Public Health from time to time.

Safety Management. Contractor is responsible for the safe performance of all Services done under each Order, and shall maintain a safety program appropriate to the Services being performed which complies with all laws and any requirements specified in the Order. AT&T does not undertake to provide Contractor, its Subcontractors or their employees or representatives with a safe place to work, and Contractor is responsible for providing such a safe place to work. Contractor shall not be relieved of its duties with regard to the safe performance of the Services by reason of any conduct, acts or omissions of any inspector, employee or representative of AT&T or its landlord or customer. Contractor shall take all reasonable measures and precautions at all times to prevent any bodily injury (including death) of its personnel and any person who is on or near the premises where such Work is being performed. Contractor further agrees to perform all Work and furnish tools and equipment that comply with known safety regulations, practices, and precautions, including, but not limited to, regulations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, or regulations of any Federal, State or local authorities. Contractor shall establish a safety organization to implement safety management roles and responsibilities, which include training content and description, communications, inspection and audit, standards and criteria, and frequency and timing of aforementioned aspects of the safety program. Contractor shall develop a system to record and report OSHA, EPA and other federal, state and local required information for environmental and public health and safety. Contractor shall maintain staff necessary to provide functional oversight and perform audits to ensure compliance at the national, regional, and market level.
Safety Management. Carrier shall obtain prior to the inception of this Contract, and shall maintain during the full term of this Contract including any extension period, full certification under the then current American Waterways Operators Responsible Carrier Program as well as ISO 9000 (or standards which supersede them). Carrier shall also obtain prior to the inception of this Contract, and shall maintain during the full term of this Contract including any extension period, full certification under ISO 14000 (or standards which supersede them).
Safety Management. Cheniere’s general HSE policies shall apply to Willbros and its Subcontractors and Vendors performing Work at the Work Site, and shall apply to the fullest extent practical at all other sites where Work is being performed for Cheniere or where Cheniere personnel are involved. Willbros shall pay the highest regard to safety and shall conform to all safety-related requirements set forth in the Agreement, including this Attachment IX and Schedule “D”. Willbros shall be responsible for the safe performance of the Work under the Agreement, including: (i) the safety of all of the employees, agents, representatives and invitees of Willbros and its Subcontractors and Vendors engaged in the performance of the Work; (ii) ensuring that all Willbros Personnel are familiar with and will apply all applicable HSE rules and regulations; (iii) providing safety incident reports to Cheniere in accordance with the Agreement; (iv) providing a safe working environment at the Work Site; (v) the safe performance of the Work by all Willbros Personnel; and (vi) ensuring that awareness of the importance of safety is actively promoted at the Work Site.

Safety Management. (a) The CONTRACTOR shall carry out the DRILLING SERVICES and all other activities hereunder in a workmanlike manner with due regard for safety and shall comply with CONTRACTOR's Safety Management Systems and OPERATOR's bridging document. CONTRACTOR shall make available to the OPERATOR whenever the OPERATOR may so request, full documentation to include, but not by way of limitation, the following standards, instructions, procedures and records: - CONTRACTOR'S Safety Regulations, - Operating Procedures Manuals (detailing the operating limits of the DRILLING UNIT) - Emergency Procedures Manual, - Accident Reporting Procedure, - Work Permit Procedures, - records of drills, exercises and safety meetings - JSAs, Risk Assessments, ASAs, pre-Tour and Toolbox meetings.
Safety Management. The Operator shall comply with the requirements of Schedule 6 (Safety Management) in relation to health and safety matters related to the performance of the Services.
