FMU considers safety as its highest priority and reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel a Mission Trip should matters occur that render continuation of the Mission Trip unsafe. Participant is advised to safeguard and keep hidden money and important documents during the Mission Trip. Participant is advised to safeguard his/her luggage and personal items at all times, including placing locks on luggage. To increase the likelihood of a safe and enjoyable Mission Trip, Participant is advised of the following Do’s and Don’ts. DO: o Listen carefully to all safety information during your in-country orientation. o Keep a copy of your passport with you at all times, inside your clothing if possible; you may leave your passport at our accommodations while out on tour. o Stay close together as a group when you are out in public and always travel in groups of two or more. o Ask for permission before taping/photographing others. o Be careful about what you say in public, as many people will understand English.
SAFETY GUIDELINES. These terms are added to the License and will be enforced as a requirement of continued residency in student housing. 22a. Licensee understands that they are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and may be required to be vaccinated before Move In as stipulated in Section 2. Licensees seeking exception to a requirement must contact Student Disability Resources to complete a housing accommodation.

Local Organizing Club agrees to meet all safety requirements as specified in the USA-WSWS Official Safety Manual & Policy Handbook or otherwise established by USA-WSWS as are in effect at the time of the Event (see USA-WSWS website for further information). Local Organizing Club acknowledges that safety considerations may require that additional precautions or measures be taken beyond the minimum requirements established by USA-WSWS, and Local Organizing Club agrees to determine (in its sole discretion) and implement reasonable measures to promote and conduct the event in a safe manner. Local Organizing Club shall appoint a Safety Director or Coordinator as required under applicable USA-WSWS rules or policies, in addition to such other personnel as may be required to carry out the event administration duties. Local Organizing Club shall not conduct the event if Local Organizing Club is not able to accept or provide for the performance of these responsibilities.

SAFETY GUIDELINES. Agency must know and follow their duties related to safety for all personnel. These guidelines are applicable to them as well as sub-contractors deployed by them at the site. • All Agency workmen should be provided with a uniform by the Agency and shall work within GBU premises in their prescribed uniform. • The Agency shall ensure that no access (passages / access to emergency apparatus / exits) is blocked, unless so authorized by GBU • The Agency shall provide prior information to GBU representative about any hazardous material being brought on the site and shall ensure security storage of such material. • The housekeeping standards employed by Agency and its sub-contractors must be good in all respect. • The Agency must leave work areas in a clean, tidy and safe condition at the end of each working period. • No work may be carried out above the heads of people or over gangway or roads or near power cables unless all precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of the person below, and until permission is given by GBU. • The Agency must provide consumables, tools and equipment based on applicable regulations / codes / guidelines. • The Agency should ensure that their personnel do not consume alcohol / do not smoke / do not take drugs in GBU premises. • All workmen of the Agency or their sub-contractors must have valid identifications cards verified by GBU & shall display at all times during duty hours.

The subcontractor shall adhere to COVID-19 organizational safety guidelines, to be provided by Xxxxxx + Xxxxx N.V. before arrival at the RDC, and all other applicable local requirements and restrictions at all times while on site at the RDC. Any costs associated with complying with this requirement shall be the subcontractor’s sole responsibility.
