SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 11.1 The District shall comply with occupational health and safety for unit members which shall be governed by the provisions of the Federal and California Occupational Safety and Health Acts, as amended (California Labor Code, Section 6300 et. seq.) and regulations relating thereto (8 Calif. A claim of retaliation under this section shall be subject to the grievance procedure but shall not be subject to the arbitration provision set for in Article 10, Section 10.2.6.
