SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. A. The District and its employees shall be safety conscious in their conduct and actions and shall cooperate in the implementation of the District's safety program.
SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 11.1 The District shall comply with occupational health and safety for unit members which shall be governed by the provisions of the Federal and California Occupational Safety and Health Acts, as amended (California Labor Code, Section 6300 et. seq.) and regulations relating thereto (8 Calif. Admin, Code, Section 330 et. seq.)

SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 15.1 It is the responsibility of the Principal/Supervisor to ensure safe and appropriate working conditions for County Office personnel serving in districts.
SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Safety conditions of employment in Article 11, except for Section 11.9, shall apply during the summer session. Each school site shall have a designated administrator. Accommodations will be made to meet operational problems and emergencies and these shall be made known to the staff.
SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 5.1 The District and the exclusive representative shall cooperate in the objective of eliminating accidents and health hazards under State and Federal law. The District, exclusive representative, and members of the bargaining unit recognize their obligations and/or rights under existing federal and state laws with respect to safety and health matters. Members of the bargaining unit are encouraged to report alleged violations of such State and Federal law to the safety and health committee and will not be retaliated against by the District for reporting any such concerns. A claim of retaliation under this section shall be subject to the grievance procedure but shall not be subject to the arbitration provision set for in Article 10, Section 10.2.6.
SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 14.1 Unit members shall not be required to work under hazardous conditions or to perform tasks that may endanger their health or safety. The requirements for safe working conditions are established and maintained under the California Occupational Safety and Health Act (CAL/OSHA).
