Safety Committee. 62.1 Where a Health and Safety Committee is established on a job in accordance with section 72 of the OHS Act, it shall include the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor and the Health and Safety Representative/s.
Safety Committee. A Safety Committee composed of members representing full- time and regularly scheduled part-time employees and representing management within the bargaining unit or multiple bargaining units within the same location shall be established. The purpose of the committee shall be to develop programs of safety education, health protection and reasonable standards for compliance by both Employer and employee. Voluntary compliance will be sought initially to reduce injuries and lost workdays.

Safety Committee. The Parties agree that an Occupational Health and Safety Committee will be established and will govern itself in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations made pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act. The Committee will meet at regular intervals to be determined by the Committee to make recommendations on unsafe, hazardous or dangerous conditions with the aim of preventing and reducing risk of occupational injury and illness. It is agreed that the Labour/Management Committee shall also act as the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.

Safety Committee. It is mutually agreed that a Safety Committee consisting of employees selected by the Union will meet with a management representative or representatives not less frequently than once a month. Minutes of such meetings will be posted on the Notice Board, and a copy sent to the Union and the Compensation Board.
Safety Committee. The Employer shall adhere to the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Board’s Industrial Health and Safety Regulations and hold regular monthly meetings as outlined in the W.C.B. Regulations. A copy of the minutes of the Safety Committee will be posted on the Union Bulletin Board and a copy will be forwarded to the Union Hall.
Safety Committee. A Safety Committee shall be composed of Union and Employer representatives who will meet, when necessary, for the purpose of discussing safety and promulgating safety regulations with the understanding that the Employer has the ultimate responsibility and shall make the final determination on all matters of safety and safety rules.
Safety Committee. A Safety Committee of employees and the Employer representatives is hereby established. This Committee will include the Xxxxxxx and alternates and shall meet at such time as problems appear at a time a place mutually agreeable to the committee, for the purpose of making recommendations to the employer.
Safety Committee. (a) The Employer and the Union agree that policies and guidelines relating to safety and health shall be recommended by the Safety Committee. Unless mutually agreed otherwise, the Committee will meet at least once per month to make recommendations on unsafe, hazardous or dangerous conditions with the aim of preventing and reducing risk of occupational injury and illness.
