Common use of Safety Boots Clause in Contracts

Safety Boots. The Company will reimburse employees in classifications required to wear special safety footwear for up to $175.00 for the purchase of approved new or rebuilt safety footwear once every 24 months. The boots must be on a Company-approved list of safety footwear or have been approved in advance by the Company, and must be from a Company-approved vendor. Reimbursement will require a receipt from the employee. With supervisory approval a company credit card may be used for the purchase.

Safety Boots. The boots must be on a Company-approved list twelve (12) months upon receiving proof of safety footwear or have been approved in advance by the Company, and must be from a Company-approved vendor. Reimbursement will require a receipt from the employee. With supervisory approval a company credit card may be used for the purchase.
