Common use of Safety Appliances Clause in Contracts

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because any use made by Tenant and to procure and licenses and permits as required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's Permitted Uses;

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because of any use made by Tenant other than normal office use, and to procure and all licenses and permits as so required because of such use and, if reasonably requested in writing by Landlord, to do any work so reasonably required because of such useuse or required by such public authority, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's ’s Permitted Uses;Use.

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because of any use made by Tenant (other than those required to obtain a certificate of occupancy to permit Xxxxxx's initial occupancy of the Premises, which shall be provided by Landlord) and to procure and all licenses and permits as so required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's Permitted Uses;

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public or private authority having jurisdiction over the Premises (including insurance underwriters or rating bureaus) because of any use made by Tenant and to procure and all licenses and permits as so required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's ’s Permitted Uses;

To keep the Premises and all portions thereof equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because any use made by Tenant authority, and to procure and all licenses and permits as required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such userequired, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's Permitted Uses;.

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because of any use made by Tenant other than normal laboratory, research and development and office uses, and to procure and all licenses and permits as required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that ; provided the foregoing provisions shall not be construed require Tenant to broaden in incur any way Tenant's Permitted Uses;capital expense.

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because of any particular use made by Tenant and to procure and all licenses and permits as so required because of such use and, if requested required by Landlordlaw, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's ’s Permitted Uses;.
