Safety and Supervision. As required by the Constitution, Defendants will take reasonable steps to protect prisoners from harm, including violence by other prisoners. While some danger is inherent in .a jail setting, Defendants will implement appropriate measures to minimize these risks, including development and implementation of facility-specific security and control-related policies, procedures, and practices that will provide a reasonably safe and secure environment for all prisoners and staff.
Safety and Supervision. 100.1 Prior to the commencement of a Work for the ▇▇▇▇ activity, a PaTH Internship, AccessAbility Day Placement or a National Work Experience Programme Placement, and throughout the Activity, the Provider must satisfy itself that there is a safe system of work in place, including that the relevant Activity Host Organisation is complying with: work health and safety requirements relevant to the jurisdiction in which the Activity occurs; and relevant statutory workers’ compensation requirements.
Safety and Supervision. WCDOC shall properly supervise inmates at all times. To achieve this outcome, WCDOC shall:
a. Ensure that correctional officer staffing and supervision levels remain consistent with standards regarding classification and supervision as set forth at 9 NYCRR §§ 7003 and 7013 et seq.
b. Ensure that inmate work areas are supervised with proper staffing levels whenever inmates are present.
c. Implement and maintain frequent and documented security rounds timed at varying intervals by correctional officers inside each housing unit.
d. Use best efforts to ensure that staff report safety or security related incidents before the end of the shift in which the incident occurs.
e. Develop a system to track all serious incidents that captures all relevant information, including: location, any injuries, whether medical care is provided, primary and secondary staff involved, reviewing supervisor, external reviews and results (if applicable), remedy taken (if appropriate), and administrative sign-off.
f. Ensure that inmates placed in the Special Housing Unit (“SHU”), keeplock, disciplinary or administrative segregation, or other nonmedical, facility-directed segregation status are provided with due process that has been developed and implemented in policies, procedures and practices as developed in response to Paragraph 21.
g. Continue the increased use of overhead recording security cameras throughout the common areas of the facility and, where reasonably necessary, increase such use, and ensure that the use of cameras are to supplement and not replace supervision.
h. Review, and revise where appropriate, all security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) on an annual basis, including security post orders.
i. Provide appropriate training on unit-specific post orders each time a correctional officer is newly assigned to that unit.
j. Implement specialized, annual, training for officers assigned to special management units, including the SHU, keeplock, disciplinary or administrative segregation, psychiatric, and protective custody units.
Safety and Supervision. 100.1 Prior to the commencement of a Specified Activity, and throughout the Specified Activity, the Provider must satisfy itself that there is a safe system of work in place, including that the relevant Activity Host Organisation is complying with: work health and safety requirements relevant to the jurisdiction in which the Specified Activity occurs; and relevant statutory workers’ compensation requirements.
Safety and Supervision. As we seek to provide a nurturing place for all patients, we ask that parents leave all other children at home, unless otherwise specified or recommended by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇/L, ▇▇▇▇, SWC. We are not responsible for the safety and supervision of non-patient children at the facility.
Safety and Supervision. While Canada and the City of Burnaby are very safe by world standards, I understand and acknowledge that the Student will be supervised generally at school and during school-sponsored activities, to the same degree as local Students. The School District does not undertake any supervisory responsibility with respect to the Student’s or school-sponsored activities outside of school, including homestay and community activities. The School District cannot and does not guarantee the Student’s safety with respect to the Student’s other activities, including homestay and community activities.
Safety and Supervision. We confirm that prior to your employees commencing the activities we will: Undertake a risk assessment and advise them of any risks and of the safety procedures relevant to the activities. Conduct a briefing session and any relevant training for your employees. Supervise, manage and coordinate the activities. Take all reasonably practical steps to ensure that the place of volunteering is safe and without risks to health and safety. It is your responsibility to inform the Cathedral of the following: Any known medical conditions including allergic reactions that might affect a volunteer’s safety or the safety of others. You agree to indemnify our organisation if one of your employees is injured while engaging in the activities; subject to your right to recover damages from our organisation to the extent of our liability at common law or in statute, for example, where injury has been caused or contributed to by negligence or breach of statute of our organisation or our employees, contractors or volunteers.
Safety and Supervision. You acknowledge and agree that you will conduct yourself both on Clipboard’s marketplace and during any shift found through Clipboard’s marketplace in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, including relating to safety. Clipboard’s requirements relating to safety include the following:
(a) An HCF shall provide orientation to any HCP who books a shift at HCF, which orientation shall include, at minimum, a review of HCF’s policies and procedures regarding medication administration, documentation procedures, patient rights, Infection Prevention, Fire and Safety, OSHA, and EMR/Charting, where applicable.
(b) HCFs shall provide HCPs with an occupational environment free from occupational hazards and shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local occupational safety and health regulation standards.
(c) HCFs shall provide HCPs with all necessary equipment and technology needed to perform the duties and responsibilities HCFs require of HCPs for shifts at their facilities. HCPs acknowledge and agree that they are required to follow HCFs’ policies, procedures, and protection protocols. It is the sole responsibility of HCFs to monitor and enforce all policies and procedures with HCP, both by including such information in HCFs’ User Profiles on the Site and notifying HCPs of such information when they arrive and carry out their responsibilities at HCFs’ facilities. Clipboard assumes no liability for any equipment or technology that HCFs provide to HCPs, or for any policies, procedures, protection protocols, or enforcement measures of HCFs.
(d) HCFs’ appropriate personnel shall supervise HCPs, and HCF will evaluate services provided by HCPs pursuant to HCFs’ own policies, procedures, and standards. Users acknowledge and agree that Clipboard does not and will not supervise, monitor, or evaluate HCPs in the performance of their duties and responsibilities at HCFs or otherwise. You also agree to notify Clipboard if you become aware of a possible safety concern or unlawful conduct during a shift found through Clipboard’s marketplace. Any such notification to Clipboard should be completed via Clipboard’s Incident Report Questionnaire, accessible through the Site. Clipboard’s Trust and Safety Department will determine if any Account should be subject to review, suspension, and/or deactivation as a result of any such notification.
