Safety and Protective Clothing. 6.3.1 When a worker is engaged in any work which might involve a hazard to the health or safety of the worker, the employer shall provide clothing or equipment appropriate for the protection of the worker from such hazard. Should a worker fail to utilise the safety devices so provided, it shall be deemed to constitute "good cause" as in the meaning of subclause 6.11.1.
