Safekeeping and Security. As part of the Services, Contractor will be responsible for safekeeping all keys, access codes, combinations, access cards, personal identification numbers, and similar security codes and identifiers issued to Contractor’s employees, agents, or subcontractors. Contractor agrees to require its employees to promptly report a lost or stolen access device or information.

Safekeeping and Security. If the Contractor is provided keys, access codes, combinations, access cards, personal identification numbers, and similar security codes and identifiers by OCPS, and such security items or information are lost or stolen, the Contractor will be responsible for the entire cost of replacement keys, the cost to rekey the site, along with any other costs associated with securing OCPS property or data. For security purposes, the Contractor shall report the lost or stolen key, access device, or information to OCPS Asset Protection immediately, so that OCPS may take steps to secure the location. Contractor agrees to require its employees to promptly report a lost or stolen access device or information.

  • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

  • Privacy and Security (a) The Service Provider shall not transmit or store any AHS data outside the borders of Canada, nor transmit any AHS data in Canada to any party not specifically contemplated in this Agreement, without AHS’s prior written consent to each such data transmittal, which consent may be arbitrarily and unreasonably withheld.
