SAFEGUARD AGAINST FRAUD. 11.1 The Supplier shall take all reasonable steps, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, to prevent any fraudulent activity (including Fraud) by the Supplier and the Supplier’s Staff (which for the purposes of this Clause 11 (Safeguard Against Fraud) shall include its shareholders holding in excess of the fifty (50) percent of the entire issued share capital of the Supplier and directors).
SAFEGUARD AGAINST FRAUD. 9.1. The Supplier shall prevent, and shall procure that the Staff prevent, any Fraud in accordance with Good Industry Practice.

The Provider shall use its best endeavours to safeguard the Authority and any Other Contracting Body's funding of the Framework Agreement and/or any Call-Off Contract against Fraud generally and, in particular, Fraud on the part of the Provider or its Staff. The Provider shall pay the utmost regard to safeguarding public funds against misleading claims and shall notify the Authority or the relevant other Contracting Body immediately if it has reason to suspect that any Fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.

The Provider shall safeguard the Authority funding of the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract against Fraud generally and, in particular, Fraud on the part of the Provider or its Staff. The Provider shall notify the Authority immediately if it has reason to suspect that any Fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.

The Contractor shall notify COI immediately if it has reason to suspect that any Fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.
SAFEGUARD AGAINST FRAUD. 45.1 The Provider shall take all reasonable steps in accordance with Good Industry Practice to prevent Fraud by its Staff and/or the Provider (including its shareholders, members, directors) in connection with the receipt of monies from the Council.

The Contractor shall safeguard the I-Flair Members' and any Other Contracting Body’s funding of the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract against Fraud generally and, in particular, Fraud on the part of the Contractor or its Staff. The Contractor shall notify the relevant I-Flair Member or the relevant Other Contracting Body immediately if it has reason to suspect that any Fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.
SAFEGUARD AGAINST FRAUD. The Supplier shall safeguard ConstructionSkills against fraud generally and, in particular, fraud on the part of the Supplier and/or its Staff. The Supplier shall notify ConstructionSkills immediately if it has reason to suspect that any fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.
SAFEGUARD AGAINST FRAUD. The Provider shall safeguard the Council's funding of the Agreement and any Contract against Fraud generally and, in particular, Fraud on the part of the Provider or its Staff. The Provider shall notify the Council if it has reason to suspect that any Fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.
