Safe Loading and Transport of Product. The Agency agrees to assume responsibility of all MANNA Product at the time the MANNA Product leaves MANNA FoodBank facilities or vehicles. The Agency agrees to have adequate staff or volunteers on hand to load and unload MANNA Product safely. When transporting product in Agency vehicle, The Agency will utilize appropriate materials to ensure that all products remain at a safe temperature during transportation, and ensure that the product is securely contained within the vehicle.

When transporting product in an agency vehicle, the agency will utilize appropriate materials, such as thermal blankets, to ensure that all products remain at a safe temperature during transportation, and ensure that the product is securely contained within the vehicle.
