Common use of Safe Deposit Business Clause in Contracts

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Centers in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of On and after the Effective TimeDate, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Branch in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities reasonably necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser Buyer will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Real Property in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser Buyer will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Branch Offices in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser Buyer will assume and discharge Seller's Seller obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Branches in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser Buyer will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's Sellers’ obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Bank Branch in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Branch Office in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use themthem during the period for which such boxes have been rented and the rent theretofore paid to Seller.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser Purchasers will assume and discharge Seller's Sellers' obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Centers in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser Purchasers will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser Purchasers will assume and discharge Seller's Sellers obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Centers in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser Purchasers will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and thereafter faithfully honor and fully and timely perform and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Centers in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Branch Office in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them. (b) As of the Effective Time, Purchaser shall maintain and safeguard the records related to such safe deposit box business, and Purchaser shall be responsible for granting access to and protecting the contents of safe deposit boxes at the Branch Office.

Safe Deposit Business. (a) As of On and after the Effective TimeDate, Purchaser will assume and discharge Seller's obligations with respect to the safe deposit box business at the Banking Center Branches in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.
