Safe and Healthy Working Environment. ‌ The Employer recognizes the importance of providing a safe and healthy working environment for Individual Providers. Individual providers have a right to decline working for a client who lives in a situation which could threaten their health and safety. The Individual Provider shall report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to the Employer immediately.
