Sabbatical Reports. Faculty on a semester sabbatical, will provide a written report to the Committee. Faculty on a year sabbatical, will provide a written report for each term to the Committee. Within 30 days of return from sabbatical leave, Faculty members shall file a report of their sabbatical leave activities with their Associate Xxxx and Campus Academic/Instructional Xxxx, the Campus President, the President of the UFF-BC, the President of the Faculty Senate, the Sabbatical Committee and the College Xxxxxxx/Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Success. Faculty members shall give a presentation on their sabbatical leave accomplishments at the first Learning Council meeting scheduled after the submission of the report. Reports should detail accomplishments in relationship to the approved goals and activities of the sabbatical. In the case of graduate study, an official transcript showing successful completion of the coursework with a grade of “B” or better shall be deemed sufficient. Failure to submit the required report or transcript to all parties indicated above, or failure to successfully complete the coursework with a grade of “B” or better, or failure to meet the outcomes of the approved sabbatical as identified by the criteria in 6.35 shall require immediate repayment of the salary paid during the sabbatical leave.

Sabbatical Reports. In the event that the University Committee on Lecturer Sabbaticals finds a Lecturer’s post- sabbatical report unsatisfactory, the committee’s letter shall contain the reasons for this decision. In such cases, the Lecturer may appeal within ten working days of receiving the committee’s letter. Such an appeal should address the objections raised in the committee’s letter and may include a revised post-sabbatical report. The committee will then render its final judgment in a letter to the Lecturer (with copies to the Department Chairperson, the Xxxx, and the Xxxxxxx). A post-sabbatical report that is considered unsatisfactory by the University Committee on Lecturer Sabbaticals may have a prejudicial effect on any future applications for sabbatical leave by the Lecturers member. Preservation of Records All applications, recommendations, formal correspondence, and supporting materials relating to sabbatical leaves and post-sabbatical leave reports shall be kept on file by the Xxxxxxx’x office. The deliveries made pursuant to this clause (ii) shall be accompanied by (x) any management letter prepared by the above-referenced accountants, and (y) a certificate of such accountants that, in the course of their examination necessary for their certification of the foregoing, they have obtained no knowledge of any Default or Event of Default, or if, in the opinion of such accountants, any Default or Event of Default shall exist, stating the nature and status thereof.

  • ADDITIONAL REPORTS Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.
