Sabbatical Program. Any member of the bargaining Faculty unit, excluding Lecturers and Senior Lecturers, who has completed six (6) consecutive years of service may apply for a sabbatical (a paid leave of one semester at full salary, or one academic year at one- half salary). Faculty will be eligible to receive a sabbatical after completing seven (7) years of service at Wentworth. Faculty who have previously received a sabbatical will be eligible to receive another sabbatical when they have completed another six (6) years of service at Wentworth. Fringe benefits shall be continued with normal contributions. The Institute will sponsor up to ten (10) qualified applications each year, as determined by the Xxxxxxx. The awards will first be made so that each school has one award, provided that a qualified application is received from each school. After one award has been made in each school, the remaining awards will be made based on merit. Every effort will be made to ensure an equitable distribution of awards among disciplines and schools. Any qualified application which was not selected may be resubmitted for consideration the next year. The process for submitting an application will be as follows:

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • 401(k) Plan The Company presently offers its employees a 401k plan with a Company match to be determined annually by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. You may elect to contribute pre-tax deferrals through payroll deduction pursuant to the terms of the 401k plan.

  • Special Programs In consideration of the sale of the Eligible Loans under these Master Sale Terms and each Sale Agreement, Purchaser agrees to cause the Servicer to offer borrowers of Trust Student Loans all special programs whether or not in existence as of the date of any Sale Agreement generally offered to the obligors of comparable loans owned by Xxxxxx Mae subject to the terms and conditions of Section 3.12 of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Program 3.01 The Recipient declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end:

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Long-Term Incentive Programs The Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive compensation programs (including stock options and stock grants).

  • Long-term Incentive Compensation Programs During the Employment Period, the Executive shall participate in all long-term incentive compensation programs for key executives at a level that is commensurate with the Executive's participation in such plans immediately prior to the Effective Date, or, if more favorable to the Executive, at the level made available to the Executive or other similarly situated officers at any time thereafter.

  • Incentive, Savings and Retirement Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all incentive, savings and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event shall such plans, practices, policies and programs provide the Executive with incentive opportunities (measured with respect to both regular and special incentive opportunities, to the extent, if any, that such distinction is applicable), savings opportunities and retirement benefit opportunities, in each case, less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of those provided by the Company and its affiliated companies for the Executive under such plans, practices, policies and programs as in effect at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or if more favorable to the Executive, those provided generally at any time after the Effective Date to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Sponsorship As required by section 286.25, F.S., if the Provider is a non-governmental organization which sponsors a program financed wholly or in part by State funds, including any funds obtained through this Contract, it shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship of the program state: “Sponsored by (Provider's name) and the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families”. If the sponsorship reference is in written material, the words “State of Florida, Department of Children and Families” shall appear in at least the same size letters or type as the name of the organization.

  • Incentive Programs During the Term of Employment, the ------------------ Executive shall be entitled to participate in any annual and long-term incentive programs adopted by the Company and which cover employees in positions comparable to that of the Executive.
