Common use of Sabbatical Leave Clause in Contracts

Sabbatical Leave. 1. Dependent upon the availability of non-District funding, a teacher may be granted sabbatical leave with pay. Such leave may be for one (1) semester or one (1) year.

Sabbatical Leave. 1a. Sabbatical Leave shall be interpreted as leave from duty granted to any tenured teacher after seven (7) years of active service for the purpose of improving instruction.
