SaaS Services Pricing Commitment. The Service Fee and Regulatory Fee rates for Ordered SaaS Services shall be as set forth in the applicable Order, and, during the Initial Term, 8x8 may not increase any such rates. 8x8 may, at the start of any renewal term, increase such rates by up to five percent (5%) above the rates in effect at the end of the immediately preceding Term, provided that 8x8 may increase Regulatory Fee rates up to then-current list price where 8x8’s related costs have substantially increased.
