SaaS License. Through a SaaS License, Highsoft grants Licensee such rights that are covered by a Web License with the addition of a non-exclusive, perpetual (for applicable Releases), non-reusable, worldwide right to install, reproduce, use and further develop Licensed Software as an integral part of either:
SaaS License. TEHTRIS grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non- transferable right to access and to use the TEHTRIS Service for the entire term of the Agreement and worldwide. The license is granted for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the User to use the TEHTRIS Service for its internal purposes and in accordance with their documentation, to the exclusion of any other purpose. The right of use shall mean the right to represent and implement the TEHTRIS Service in accordance with its intended purpose, in SaaS mode via a connection to an electronic communications network. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the User may not make the TEHTRIS Service available to any third party not acting on its behalf. The User is strictly prohibited from making any other use, in particular, but not limited to, any adaptation, modification, translation, arrangement, distribution or decompilation.
SaaS License. In addition to the rights granted under the Basic License, under the SaaS License you are further granted the right to use the Licensed Software to create an unlimited number of SaaS (Software as a Service) projects that require user authentication. This includes, but is not limited to, websites that function as intranets, CRM systems, webmail platforms, etc. All such SaaS projects must be for your internal business purposes only and are not to be developed on behalf of or delivered to external clients or customers. If the Licensed Software is to be used to develop SaaS projects for external clients or customers, a separate license must be purchased for each such client or customer, either by you purchasing the license on behalf of the client or customer, or directly by the client or customer.
SaaS License. TEHTRIS grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non- assignable and non-transferable right to access and use the TEHTRIS Service, for the entire term of the Agreement and for the entire world. The license is granted for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Customer to use the TEHTRIS Service for its internal needs and in accordance with their documentation, to the exclusion of any other purpose. The right of use means the right to represent and implement the TEHTRIS Service in accordance with its purpose, in SaaS mode via a connection to an electronic communications network. Subject to the provisions of the Agreement to the contrary, the Customer shall not under any circumstances make the TEHTRIS Service available to a third party not acting on its behalf, and shall strictly refrain from any other use, in particular, but not limited to, any adaptation, modification, translation, arrangement, dissemination or decompilation.
SaaS License. Grants the use of the Software by unlimited developers to deploy within ONE single a single SaaS software service where OCR is not the primary business function. Valid for development, staging and production servers. Not valid for OEM redistribution.
SaaS License. If specified in the attachment no. 1 hereof, the Customer may allow third persons (“Third Parties”) to access the server applications using the Work, providing the server applications using the Work are made available to them by the Customer. The Third Parties may not redistribute the Work in any form.
