S RIGHTS. Upon default, Lender may declare the entire unpaid principal balance on this Note and all accrued unpaid interest immediately due, without notice, and then Borrower will pay that amount. Upon Borrower's failure to pay all amounts declared due pursuant to this section, including failure to pay upon final maturity, Lender, at its option, may also, if permitted under applicable law, increase the variable interest rate on this Note to 5.500 percentage points over the Index. This includes, subject to any limits under applicable law, Lender's attorneys' fees and Lender's legal expenses whether or not there is a lawsuite, including attorneys' fees and legal expenses for bankruptcy proceedings (including efforts to modify or vacate any automatic stay or injunction), appeals, and any anticipated post-judgement collection services. Borrower also will pay court costs, in addition to all other sums provided by law. THE NOTE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO LENDER AND ACCEPTED BY LENDER IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. IF THERE IS A LAWSUIT, BORROWER AGREES UPON LENDER'S REQUEST TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Borrower also will pay Lender all other amounts actually incurred by Lender as court costs, lawful fees for filing, recording, or releasing to any public office any instrument securing this loan; the reasonable cost actually expended for repossessing, storing, preparing for sale, and selling any security; and fees for noting a lien on or transferring a certificate to title to any motor vehicle offered as security for this loan, or premiums or identifiable charges received in connection with the sale of authorized insurance. This Note has been delivered to Lender and accepted by Lender in the State of Texas. If there is a lawsuit, Borrower agrees upon Lender's request to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, the State of Texas. This Note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable Federal laws.

This includes, subject to any limits under applicable law, Lender's attorneys' fees and Lender's legal expenses whether or not there is a lawsuit, including attorneys' fees and legal expenses for bankruptcy proceedings (including efforts to modify or vacate any automatic stay or injunction), appeals, and any anticipated post-judgment collection services. Borrower also will pay any court costs, in addition to all other sums provided by law. This Agreement has been delivered to Lender and accepted by Lender in the State of California. If there is a lawsuit, Borrower agrees upon Lender's request to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of ORANGE County, the State of California. Lender and Borrower hereby waive the right to any jury trial in any action, proceeding, or counterclaim brought by either Lender or Borrower against the other. Subject to the provisions on arbitration, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
S RIGHTS. The Employer has the exclusive right and power to manage its business and direct its working force in a manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the right to hire, promote, demote or discipline, suspend or discharge for just cause, provided that an employee who has not completed his probationary period may be dismissed for any reason satisfactory to the Employer, and the right of a probationary employee to grieve shall only be as hereinafter provided.
S RIGHTS. The Union acknowledges that the exclusive function of the Corporation is generally to manage the enterprise in which it is engaged and particularly to:

The Union recognizes that it is the right of the City to: Maintain order, discipline and and in connection with this, to make, alter and enforce reasonable regulations to be observed by its employees, providing that such regulations are not contrary to the terms of this agreement. Direct the working forces, includingthe right to hire, discipline, suspend and discharge for just cause subject to the right of an employee who has been disciplined, suspended or discharged to tile a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure; to transfer, promote, demote, classify, lay-off, and recall. Plan, direct and control the operationsof the City and to introduce new methods, facilities and equipment, to determine the number of employees to be employed, the work schedulesand the locations of all facilities and equipment. The City shall at all times exercise its rights in a fair and reasonable manner consistentwith the general purpose and intent of this agreement and subject to the terms of this agreement. The question of whether any of these rights is limited by this shall be decided through the grievance and arbitration procedure.
S RIGHTS. If you are in default, subject to any cure and notice provisions of the Wyoming Uniform Consumer Credit Code, we may terminate or suspend your Ready Reserve Credit Line Account without prior notice or demand. However, we will notify you in writing of our action as soon as practicable.
