S cope of Services. As your Municipal Advisor, Xxxxxxxx agrees to assist in the preparation of the following items:  Amortization schedules in connection with various financing options;  All documentation submitted to the Department of Education, including but not limited to:  Application for Permit to Issue Bonds  Fiscal Agent’s certificate  Certificate of Commissioner  Notice of Sale and related proofs of publication  All other forms and documentation necessary for the issuance of the bonds  Assist in the preparation of the preliminary and final Official Statement containing financial data and other information ordinarily required by municipal security dealers in bidding on bonds; and  As your Municipal Advisor, we will work with the Issuer to determine the most appropriate optional call provision for the transaction. Typically, the bonds will be subject to redemption, from any source, in approximately five years from the date of issuance.  Publication of Notices of Sale with local newspaper.  Verify bid results and prepare post sale packet for the Board’s review.  Work with the District’s Bond Counsel to provide feedback on all bond documents prior to close.  Attend all required and/or requested meetings with the District.  Prepare Verification Report.  Coordinate closing of the transaction with all involved parties.

S cope of Services. Company shall be responsible for (a) designing and hosting facility booking websites equipped with photos, application and payment processing for each facility, (b) provisioning and populating the work order management platform, (c) maintaining the websites and calendar to ensure that the sites are functionable and usable, (d) providing PCI compliant payment processing, (e) providing account management and customer personnel as are reasonably necessary to perform, maintain and manage the Services, (f) coordinating all administrative functions associated with the Services, and (g) conducting any other operations reasonably necessary to perform the Services. Company shall comply with all industry standards, any Client rules and regulations concerning the use of Client Facilities, Client’s reasonable requests, and all applicable law.
S cope of Services. The Basic Services, as defined in this Article, to be provided by the Design Consultant shall be performed in the phases described hereinafter and shall include architectural, landscape architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, roofing engineering, and all other services customarily furnished by an architect/engineer on similar projects in accordance with generally accepted architectural and engineering practices consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Design Consultant shall utilize an individual or firm with specific expertise in acoustics for any middle or high school auditorium or music room. The Basic Services to be performed by the Design Consultant consist of professional tasks which have as their objective design, production of technical documents and construction administration to provide the Owner with a complete and properly functioning facility. The Basic Services shall be performed in accordance with the standard of care set forth in this Agreement. The facility shall be suitable for the Owner’s purposes, be structurally sound, satisfy the Owner’s requirements, comply with all applicable codes and laws, and be completed on a timely basis and within the approved CCAP. To provide the optimal constructed value, the Design Consultant shall analyze alternative materials and building systems at the appropriate phases throughout the Basic Services phases.
S cope of Services. This scope has been developed to address the anticipated project, contract, and grant requirements. Task items not specifically identified in this scope of services are not included. However, such tasks can be addressed during project progression if it is determined that additional services are necessary to complete the project. S cope of Services. The Consultant agrees to perform in a good and professional manner the tasks described in Exhibit A, , attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Consultant agrees to perform the services including the provision of all labor, materials, equipment and supplies as identified in Exhibit A. The Consultant shall perform the services as an independent contractor and shall not be deemed, by virtue of this Agreement and the performance thereof, to have entered into any partnership, joint venture, employment or other relationship with the City.
S cope of Services. Vendor shall provide to CITY the services outlined in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, and by this reference incorporated herein. Vendor shall furnish all services, labor, equipment, and materials necessary and as may be required in the performance of services under this PO and all services performed under this PO shall be performed in a professional manner. Vendor assumes professional and technical responsibility for performance of its services to be provided hereunder in accordance with recognized professional and ethical guidelines established by their profession. If within one year following completion of its services, such services fail to meet the aforesaid standards, and the CITY promptly advises Vendor thereof in writing, Vendor agrees to re-perform such deficient services without charge to the CITY. Vendor shall not utilize the services of any sub-vendor without the prior written approval of CITY. Vendor shall require that all sub-vendors comply with the provisions set forth in this PO as well as the applicable provisions of the City of Pembroke Pines Code of Ordinances
S cope of Services. Pursuant to this contract, Employee shall temporarily perform for CITY certain duties of the Director of Finance position. Employee shall perform said duties under the direct supervision of City Manager Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx or designee.
