Russian Federation. If Siemens is Processing Personal Data within the scope of the Data Protection Act No. 152 FZ (i) Customer shall be responsible for the initial collection, recording, systematization, storing, updating, amending, transferring and extraction (collectively “Initial Processing”) of such Personal Data; and (ii) Customer hereby represents that it will conduct the Initial Processing in compliance with the laws governing processing and protection of such information. Customer represents that it has obtained the Data Subject’s consent on the transfer (including international transfer) and Processing of their Personal Data by Siemens and its Subprocessors.
