Rural Living Zone. It is proposed apply the Rural Living Zone to the site; which is considered as the most appropriate VPP zone, as it provides for the desired outcome and is consistent with adjoining zoning. We submit that the subject site is highly suitable for rural living use, based on the following characteristics of the land:–  Its locational attributes (adjacent to the golf course, school and existing rural living lots) and its accessibility to the region’s major road network.  It has marginal agricultural value, at best, and cannot be viably grazed or cropped with contemporary agricultural methods.  It is not suitable for conversion to more intensive agriculture or horticulture due to its poor soil quality and the existence of nearby (rural living) housing and other non-agricultural land uses.  It is not in a location where it is likely to be needed for more intense (urban) expansion of Castlemaine.

  • Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (a) A Nurse who is injured while at work and as a result of such injury is certified by a medical doctor as unfit to complete the working day, shall receive pay at the regular rate for time lost on the day that such injury is sustained and no deduction will be made from sick leave credits with respect to that particular working day.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement.   • WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE BOARD 23.01 Where an employee is absent due to illness or injury which is compensable by Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the following shall apply:

  • Commercial Crime Insurance This policy is required only if Contractor handles or has regular access to a JBE’s funds or property of significant value to the JBE. This policy must cover dishonest acts including loss due to theft of money, securities, and property; forgery, and alteration of documents; and fraudulent transfer of money, securities, and property. The minimum liability limit must be $500,000.00. To the extent that Contractor utilizes subcontractors, all subcontractors shall comply with and perform in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3 (Insurance).
