Runs with the Land. The Benefit Assessment Lien runs with the land. In the event of a sale or transfer of the Qualified Real Property by Property Owner the Benefit Assessment Lien will remain a lien on the Qualified Real Property securing obligations under the Transaction Documents, including, without limitation the portion of the Benefit Assessment Lien that has not become due.
