Rules of Participation. Participant agrees to comply with HLA’s rules, standards and instructions for participating in the activities, including but not limited to rules concerning height and weight restrictions, health restrictions, clothing, jewelry and hair restrictions, and equipment requirements. Participant agrees that HLA shall have the right to enforce appropriate standards of conduct, and that it may at any time terminate Participant’s participation in the activity for failure to maintain these standards or for any conduct of Participant which HLA considers to be incompatible with the interest, harmony, comfort, and welfare of other participants. If participation is terminated, Participant shall not be entitled to any refund of fees paid to HLA. Participant agrees that photographs, pictures, slides, movies, video, audio or other media coverage of Participant may be taken during the activity without compensation by HLA, and Participant hereby consents to the use of such material by HLA and its agents for any legal purpose.

The Maximum Chargeable Amount (or lower amount charged by you) will be accepted by you as full payment for the services provided and includes any GST payable. The member will be responsible for any difference between the Maximum Chargeable Amounts and the benefit applicable to the member’s level of cover. If a Bupa member has been charged for a payment over the Maximum Chargeable Amount listed in Table 1 a refund of the amount charged over the maximum chargeable amount will be refunded by the provider to the member within 5 working days of being informed by Bupa or the member. We will review the Maximum Chargeable Amounts on a periodic basis and notify you of any changes.

We acknowledge and agree that we are entitled to cancel the Minor Rider’s participation as a Minor Rider in Pelotonia up to but not later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017, and if we validly and effectively cancel the Minor Rider’s participation as a Rider by either changing the Minor Rider’s status on his/ her Pelotonia profile page or talking to a Pelotonia representative before 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017, the Minor Rider and I will not be responsible for satisfying the total amount of the minimum fundraising commitment for the particular route for which the Minor Rider was registered. However, we agree that, even if we cancel the Minor Rider’s participation as a Rider in Pelotonia, the Minor Rider’s registration fee is not refundable or transferable and the funds that we have raised as of the date of the cancellation as well as any funds that we raise on or after the date of the cancellation are not refundable to me, the Minor Rider or any donors. We further agree that, if we do not validly and effectively cancel the Minor Rider’s participation as a Rider in Pelotonia by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 or if I register the Minor Rider after 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017, the Minor Rider and I are irrevocably obligated to satisfy the total amount of the minimum fundraising commitment for the particular route for which the Minor Rider is registered as described in the Fundraising Agreement, even if the Minor Rider does not or cannot ride in Pelotonia for any reason whatsoever, including any illness or injury that may limit or preclude the Minor Rider’s participation. ROUTE CHANGES We agree that, by registering to ride in Pelotonia, the Minor Rider and I are obligated to satisfy the total amount of the minimum fundraising commitment for the particular route for which the Minor Rider is registered as described in the Fundraising Agreement. We acknowledge and agree that we are entitled to freely change the Minor Rider’s minimum fundraising commitment up to but not later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017. Rules of Participation. The festival is open to exhibitors 18 years and older who exhibit work of original concept, design and execution. Only hand-crafted, hand-made original items created by the exhibitor may be offered for sale. (No kits, unfinished wood cut-outs, manufactured items or imports will be allowed). Exhibitors will be asked to remove items not meeting these standards. No food or drink may be sold by exhibitors. All entries will be reviewed by a jury committee to determine appropriateness and artistic merit.
