Common use of Rules and Policies Clause in Contracts

Rules and Policies. The Association recognizes that the Employer has the responsibility and authority to adopt reasonable rules or policies, to manage and direct, on behalf of the public, operations and activities of the Litchfield Community Schools Board of Education to the extent authorized by the laws and the Constitution of the State of Michigan and of the United States, provided that such rights and responsibilities shall be exercised by the Employer in conformity with the provisions of this Agreement.
