Rule 4. Only members of the Committee (hereinafter the members) shall exercise the voting rights. In his/her absence, the Alternate shall act in his or her place.

Rule 4. If Tenant shall occupy the leased premises prior to the beginning of the term, such occupancy shall be subject to the terms of this lease. Rent shall be paid for the same period from the date of such occupancy to the beginning of said term. If Tenant occupies the premises beyond the ending date of the lease agreement, a $200 per day holdover fee will be levied against Tenant for each day or part of day beyond the ending date.

Rule-5 If an Startup/Startup company require more space or has vacant space, a request for additional space/surrender of the space is required to be made to RE-Rise Centre Staff. Rule-6 The Startup company/Startups are required to provide a list, as per the following format, of their full time and part time employees at least once every month:
Rule 4. Depending on the subject and the perfective verb forms in SVO sentences, it is noticed that the subject agrees with the verb, in number as well as gender. The masculine singular subject, under this guideline, should be followed by the basic perfective verb without any addition. The same is true for the feminine singular subject, but with the addition of the female marker (-t) at the end of the perfective verb that follows (compare sentences 1 & 4, Table 4). For the dual case of the subject (sentences 2 & 5, Table 4), it is noticed that the subject ends with the dual masculine marker (-aan ) as in sentence 2, and the dual marker (-aa) is also added to the verb. In cases of having a feminine dual subject, different markers should be added to the subject and the verb in order to indicate the dual meaning. For instance, in sentence 5 (Table 4), the dual feminine marker (-aan) is added to the subject, and another feminine dual marker (-taa ) is added to the verb. Rule 4. If the verb precedes the subject, determine the subject and make the verb agree with it.
Rule 4. The SC shall adopt its agenda at the beginning of each session. Any matter within the competence of the SC not included in the provisional agenda for a given meeting may be submitted to the SC by a member or by the Project Manager and added to the agenda by decision of the SC. The SC may revise the agenda by adding, deleting, deferring or amending items.

Rule 4. The Lessor will furnish janitor service in the common core of the building in which the Demised Premises are located and shall maintain the grounds and parking areas. Any person employed by the Lessee to do janitor work, shall, while in said building and outside of said Demised Premises be subject to, and under the control and direction of the Lessor (but not as agent or servant of the Lessor).
