Rule 27. Landlord shall not be liable for loss or damage to Tenant’s personal belongings due to or resulting from infestation or the droppings of insects, silver fish, pests or any kind of creatures or any kind of animals. Tenant shall be solely responsible for Tenant’s own personal belongings and shall protect these belongings from being damaged by any influences of elements, adverse environments, water or streams that may leak into or flow from any part of said premises through any defects in the roof, plumbing, or from any other sources.

Rule 27. 1. The Head of the Agreement Secretariat shall be the Secretary of the Meeting of the Parties. The Secretary or the representative of the Secretary shall act in that capacity in all sessions of the Meeting of the Parties and of subsidiary bodies.
Rule 27. The Secretariat shall inform the Contracting Parties on the date and venue of the next Meeting of the Committee. For each Meeting of the Committee the Contracting Parties will receive at least the provi- sional agenda and draft minutes of the previous meeting. All other documents to be discussed will be made available through the Agreement’s website.
Rule 27. The Committee may establish such ad hoc working groups as may be necessary to deal with specific tasks. It shall define the terms of reference and composition of each working group.

All Symantec products, including the Controlled Technology are prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan and to any country subject to relevant trade sanctions. You hereby agree that You will not export or sell any Controlled Technology for use in connection with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missiles, drones or space launch vehicles capable of delivering such weapons.

  • SEC The term “SEC” or “Commission” means the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • EXPORT REGULATIONS Licensee agrees and accepts that Software may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including those of the European Union and United States (specifically the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). Licensee acknowledges that it is not a citizen, national, or resident of, and is not under control of the governments of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria and is not otherwise a restricted end-user as defined by applicable export control laws. Further, Licensee acknowledges that it will not download or otherwise export or re-export Software or any related technical data directly or indirectly to the above-mentioned countries or to citizens, nationals, or residents of those countries, or to any other restricted end user or for any restricted end-use.

  • Federal Reserve Regulations (a) None of Holdings, the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries is engaged principally, or as one of its important activities, in the business of extending credit for the purpose of buying or carrying Margin Stock.

  • Securities Laws Upon the acquisition of any Shares pursuant to the exercise of the Option, the Participant will make or enter into such written representations, warranties and agreements as the Committee may reasonably request in order to comply with applicable securities laws or with this Agreement.

  • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement. DWR shall not be liable to Customer as a result of any action by DWR, its officers, directors, employees or agents to comply with any rule or regulation.
