Rubbish Removal. 18. Except as may be otherwise provided in Rider A, the Contractor shall at all times keep the Site free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by its employees or Work and, at the completion of the Work, it shall remove all its tools, scaffolding and surplus materials. The Contractor shall daily, or less frequently as the Construction Manager may require, collect its rubbish at places where directed by the Construction Manager.
