Common use of Rubbish Removal Clause in Contracts

Rubbish Removal. Lessee shall keep the Premises clean, both inside and outside, at its sole cost and expense and shall remove the ashes, garbage, excelsior, straw, and other refuse from the Premises. Lessee shall not bum any materials or rubbish of any description upon the Premises. Lessee shall keep all accumulated rubbish in covered containers and shall have same removed regularly.
