Common use of Rubbish Removal Clause in Contracts

Rubbish Removal. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises clean, both inside and outside, unless such rubbish removal is provided by the Landlord, and will remove all refuse from the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not burn any materials or rubbish of any description upon the Leased Premises. Tenant agrees to keep all accumulated rubbish in covered containers and to have same removed regularly. In the event Tenant fails to keep the Leased Premises in proper condition, Landlord may cause the same to be done for and on account of Tenant and Tenant hereby agrees to pay the expense thereof, together with interest at the Default Rate and an administrative fee equal to ten per cent (10%), on demand as additional rent.
