Rubbish Disposal. All accommodation shall have:
2.6.1 sufficient bins provided for a normal household's use, depending on the size of the home, in a clearly defined and easily cleaned bin storage area or adequate refuse storage and disposal facilities.
Rubbish Disposal. All excess rubbish must be removed by the hirer if it will not fit in the lockable bin. The key for this bin is on the same ring in the key safe. Bin bags must not be left outside. You are encouraged to take any recycling away.

Rubbish Disposal. (1) A proprietor occupier or other resident of a lot must not accumulate or permit to accumulate any rubbish or garbage or other waste material on its lot or keep or permit the same to be kept on the lot except in containers located in areas of the lot which are not visible from any street adjoining the lot or from the CP Lot.
(2) Rubbish disposal containers (bins) must be screened from the view of any public or communal street, thoroughfare or accessway.
Rubbish Disposal. The Contractor shall be responsible for safely collecting, transporting and disposing of all its rubbish, oils, filters, spent tires, chemicals, food scraps and domestic waste, in a manner approved by the Employer, providing at all times it shall ensure correct separation for recycling to the maximum amount practical. Any disposal to off Site receivers must receive Approval, particularly in relation to the certification of any receiver and the process and method of disposal. Approval must be received at least one week before the rubbish or scrap leaves Site.

In the event Landlord shall acquire and install facilities in ! the Shopping Center for the consolidation of accumulated rubbish, Tenant shall j be permitted to use said facilities at the rates reasonably determined by Landlord, provided that the rates charged by Landlord are competitive with ! other rubbish removal companies in the area. > f In no event shall Landlord be liable for the quality, quantity, failure, or I interruption of the foregoing utility and rubbish disposal services to the ' Premises unless caused by Landlord's negligence or willful acts.
Rubbish Disposal. Rubbish bins are located around the Accommodation Village. All litter is to be placed in these bins, which will be cleared by Pacific. No litter should be thrown on the ground or left in the rooms.
Rubbish Disposal a) Removal of trade waste is the responsibility of each individual trader.
b) Pitches and surrounding area must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
c) Any rubbish cleared by the BBP will be charged to the trader at £100.
d) Any costs incurred by the Council for non-compliance will be recharged to the BID [Explanatory Note: traders who dispose of their litter in the litter bins or other rubbish storage areas rather than taking it away and disposing of it in the appropriate manner increases the costs to the Council. The costs incurred by the Council disposing of waste in relation to such misuse will be charged back to the BID]
a) Cancellations must be emailed through to the BID office by Noon on the day prior to the booking.
b) ‘No-Shows’ and late cancellations will automatically be charged at the full pitch rental rate. (unless extraordinary circumstances can be proved).
c) There will be no refund on the Council Licensing fees.
