Common use of Royalty Clause in Contracts

Royalty. Subject to Closing of this Agreement as set forth below, the Licensee shall pay to Licensor, a royalty in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the manufactured price of AXENOHL sold by or through the Licensee during a calendar quarter In the Dental Market.
