Common use of Royalty Term Clause in Contracts

Royalty Term. Royalties shall be payable on a country-by-country and Product-by-Product basis for sales occurring, as applicable, with respect to a particular Product in a particular country until the date on which such Product is no longer covered by a Valid Claim of a Product Patent in such country (the “Royalty Term”).

Royalty Term.
