Common use of Royalty Rate Clause in Contracts

Royalty Rate. 4DMT shall pay to uniQure royalties on 4DMT Net Sales of each Royalty Bearing Product by 4DMT and its Affiliates equal to [***] percent ([***]%) of all such 4DMT Net Sales of such Royalty Bearing Product achieved during the applicable Calendar Year.
