ROYALTIES AND OTHER CONSIDERATION. 4.1 For the rights, privileges and license granted hereunder, the Company shall pay to the Licensor as set forth below, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4.4 and 4.5, to the end of the term of the Patent Rights or until this License Agreement shall be terminated as hereinafter provided:
